Jackie’s Brine Recipe

Brining adds flavour to meats as well as moisture.

This Brine recipe is great for chicken, turkey and pork ... halve or quarter the ingredients to make as much as you need. Overnight brining is recommended for smaller cuts of meat and 24 hours brining is recommended for larger cuts. Don’t brine anything for longer than 36 hours.
